Cancellation Policy

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid 75% service charge. If you NO SHOW it will be a 100% service charge. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in 50% service charge + a reschedule. When booking an appointment you will be required to pay a small non refundable fee that goes towards the balance of your service. LASH CLIENTS Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
